Taking into account the personal nature of
any consultative advice given and the need for discretion, the assessment and/or
advice will be given face to face personally. A date and time will be
agreed by telephone and the type of consultation desired will be specified
in the same telephone call. The interested party will be asked to provide
the relevant necessary information for the consultation in question.
